Claims Management Process

As part of our service, the Australian Landlord Insurance team will manage your claim from start to finish. We will liaise with your property manager to ensure we receive all the documentation required, submit those documents to the insurer & keep you informed until your claim is finalised.

Need to submit a claim?

We will require the following documents:
  • Current Lease Agreement

  • Up to Date Rental Ledger

  • Photos of Damage (if applicable)

  • Quote/s To Repair Damage (if applicable)

  • Last 2 Routine Inspections

  • Copy of Entry Condition Report (ECR)

  • Copies of Any Relevant Tenant Communications

  • Copies of Any Formal Notices To Tenant
